Booking

Reservation	To be made at least 45 days before check-in, subject to availability.
How to Book?	Submit a booking request form or email IR ID, destination, dates, and number of guests to [email protected].
Booking Fees	Booking fees for annual entitlement: 1st Year – Booking fee is included for either a 7-night stay at QVI Home Resorts or a 4-night stay at other hotels of a similar category. 2nd Year – EUR 168 for either a 7-night stay at QVI Home Resorts or a 4-night stay at other hotels of a similar category. 3rd Year – EUR 168 for either a 7-night stay at QVI Home Resorts or a 4-night stay at other hotels of a similar category.
Split Week Option	Not available
Cancellations	No amendments or cancellations allowed once booking is confirmed
Refund Policy	Booking fees are non-refundable.
Guest Certificate Fee	EUR 44 per room, per stay (waived for immediate family members: spouse, parents, parent-in-law or children)
Additional Charges	May apply based on travel dates, destination, peak season, and room upgrades. The above fees do not include local taxes. Members are responsible for any applicable taxes imposed by their local jurisdiction, including VAT. Exact surcharges are communicated upon booking confirmation
